TORONTO, ONTARIO – (Marketwire – August 04, 2016): Gowest Gold Ltd. (“Gowest” or the “Company”) (TSX-VENTURE: GWA) is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Pandion Mine Finance, LP (“Pandion”) to fund the Company’s previously announced Advanced Exploration work (see Gowest release dated June 16, 2016) at its 100% owned Bradshaw Gold Deposit (”Bradshaw”), part of its North Timmins Gold Project (“NTGP”).
The US$17.6 million financing is subject to the completion of the remaining due diligence and the negotiation and execution of a Prepaid Forward Gold Purchase Agreement and related security documentation. On completion of the agreement, funds are expected to be received in a number of tranches with a total term of seventy-two (72) months, subject to certain funding conditions and milestones.
